The following are some of our most frequently asked questions -

Q: How far are you from the closest town.
A: We are 14 miles north of the town of Hilo.

Q: What should we do about food?
A: We suggest that you buy some food at the supermarket before coming to check in. Each unit has a mini fridge and freezer, coffee maker, silverware,plates and cup along with a BBQ grill outside for your cooking needs.

Q: Where is the closest resturant?
A: That would be the 50's diner 7 miles north of us right off of highway 19. otherwise you would have to travel back into the town of Hilo.

Q: Can you see whales from your property?
A: Yes you can!!! whale season  starts at around the month of December and ends around the begging of April.

Q: How far are we from Kona?
A: We are about 1-1/2 to 2 hours drive away from the town of Kona. The drive is quite a beautiful one.It follows the coastline and goes up and around the northern side of the island.

Q: is your place handicap accessable?
A: Yes it is and we also offer handicap stools to help in the shower if needed.

Q: Do you do group packages and can we customize our stay?
A: Yes we can put together group packages and customize anyones stay to there liking. We can arrange everything from planned adventures like zipline,atv,horseback riding,helicopter, diving / snorkeling and lava boat tours.Also we can arrange a masseuse to come for a relaxing poolside massage ora personal chef to come in and cook for the evening.
